ASU is coming off a tough 34-33 loss to USC, while Stanford is fresh off an impressive 42-17 win over Arizona.
The Cardinal are led by star quarterback Andrew Luck, who ASU head coach Dennis Erickson said is the best in the country. Luck has guided Stanford to an 8-1 record, putting the Cardinal in serious contention for a BCS Bowl game.
It’s a must-win game for the Sun Devils, who need to win their final three games to become bowl eligible.
