Blaze Radio ("we," "our," or "us") provides the Blaze Radio mobile app for listening to live radio, browsing Blaze articles, viewing show and sports information, and setting show reminders.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

The app is designed to collect as little personal information as possible. Based on the current app implementation, the app does not require you to create an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone access.

• App preferences stored on your device, such as appearance mode, article layout, whether El Blaze articles are included, and reminder mode.
• Show reminder settings stored on your device, including show identifiers, scheduled start times, reminder type, and local notification identifiers.

• Basic technical data that may be processed by the app platform, operating system, or app update services, such as device type, app version, operating system version, crash diagnostics, update status, and similar app performance information.

• Load articles, schedules, sports broadcasts, images, and related app content.
• Save your in-app preferences.
• Schedule and manage show reminders when you choose to enable notifications.

Notifications

If you choose to set show reminders, the app will request notification permission from your device. Notifications are used for show and sports reminders. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

The app does not use notifications for advertising.

Third-Party Services and Content

The app loads content and media from third-party or external services, including:

• Blaze Radio and BlazeRadioOnline.com content feeds.
• Live audio streaming providers.
• Mixlr feeds for sports broadcasts and replays.
• Google-hosted schedule data.
• Image delivery services used by Blaze content feeds.
• Expo services for app updates, diagnostics, and related app infrastructure.
• Apple and Google platform services for operating system features such as notifications, app distribution, and crash reporting.

When the app requests content from these services, they may receive technical information such as your IP address, device or browser user agent, request time, and the content requested. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

We may share or process limited technical information with service providers only as needed to operate the app, deliver content, send local or platform notifications, provide updates, diagnose problems, or comply with legal obligations.

Data Storage and Retention

Most app preferences, cached content, search history, and reminder settings are stored locally on your device. You can remove locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device. Some operating systems may also let you clear app data directly from system settings.

External service providers may retain technical logs according to their own retention practices.

Children

The app is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can review and address the request.
