Preview: Ray Volpe brings his “FOREVER, VOLPETRON” Tour to the historic Van Buren in downtown Phoenix

As Ray Volpe says, “Brostep, it's time to get back in the game.” With tracks still up on SoundCloud stretching as far back as 2013, Volpe is by no means a newbie to the music industry. Over the past nine years, he has steadily gained traction while touring the country and internationally.

Volpe has a knack for drawing fans from markets usually unseen by the dubstep EDM genre, gaining himself a worldwide audience. Even through the pandemic he has essentially never taken a break from playing shows and being a main contributor to the evolution of brostep into the new generation of DJs and ravers.

By 2022, Volpe already had releases on prestigated labels like Subsidia Records and collaborations with mainstream artists such as Excision, ILLENIUM, Kayzo and Zomboy. That same year, his life would be changed forever with his breakthrough hit, “Laserbeam” in June of 2022.

Since then, Volpe has been non-stop putting in work as his career trajectory continues to rise rapidly. He has dropped two EP’s, collaborated with the likes of Marshmello and NGHTMRE and went b2b with chart toppers like Crankdat on some of the largest stages EDM has to offer.

Even over the last 18 months, Ray Volpe has continued to stay active in the scene and is quickly becoming a mainstay on Arizona festival lineups. Since late 2024, Volpe has played a prime time spot at Goldrush: “Wild Card,” direct support for Sullivan King's “Reckless At Rawhide” in March of 2025 and was slotted as a co-headliner for Insomniac’s “Bassrush Arizona” at WestWorld of Scottsdale in August 2025. .

The 28-year old originally from Long Island, NY seemed to be making the Southwest his second home. So, it wasn’t much of a surprise when at the end of his Bassrush set he announced a special Arizona addition to his “FOREVER, VOLPETRON” tour. Featuring 17 stops across the US and Canada, the “FOREVER, VOLPETRON” tour celebrates the arrival of Ray Volpe’s first full length album which was released on Sept. 12 bearing the same name.

Promoted by Live Nation and presented by the Aftershock Bass division of Relentless Beats, Volpe’s Arizona date is slated for Friday, Jan. 30th at the historic Van Buren in downtown Phoenix. While local openers have not been named yet, Tisoki has been announced as the special guest with up and coming producer EDDIE selected as direct support.

While the show has been sold out at the box office for quite some time, a select number of verified resale tickets are still available for fans looking for a last minute way to get in on the action. Those still looking to join the party can secure any remaining resale tickets at the link below!
